Today, most of Sub Saharan Africa’s Academic records are physical documents. These documents are prone to loss and damage, and will usually require a lot of effort to get re-issued in case of loss or damage. These physical documents are also easily forged. Which has now necessitated the need for verification of academic records. Employers spend a lot of money, time and effort in verifying the authenticity of academic records of their potential hires because the whole process is manual and slow moving.
