We are close to that time of the year and Akowe has been nominated for a tech Award – The AOT Award.

Akowe was recently nominated for the AOT award in the Edtech category along with other prominent EdTech Startups shaping access to smart education in Nigeria. 

Other Edtech Startups in the nomination include : programming school Altschool, digital learning platform learnam and career accelerators Utiva amongst others.

What is the Art of Technology?

Lagos has been the hotbed for tech startups in the West Africa Region and to recognize and give a helping hand to those playing this field  the Lagos state government every year since 2019 convenes the Art of Technology Festival.

So far the conference has had over 20,000 participants and this year’s 2022 Talent acceleration and smarter Lagos theme promises a larger crowd!

The Aot Award 

The AOT award is the first of its kind for the Art of Technology Lagos held to officially recognize notable tech products impacting lives through their offerings.

Akowe has been nomiated this year by the Art of technology Lagos for Best Startup – Edtech 

We started out on a mission to make bulk certificate issuance  easy for  anyone. Since then we’ve grown to include credential verification amongst our list of hassle free services. 

Being nominated by the Art of technology Lagos along with our other wins like our pitch victory at the 2022 ICTEL EXPO sends us the signal that we are doing something right. 

But this award won’t come home by itself
